I really was impressed with the staff's professionalism and courtesy, when I recently took my X5 in for a four wheel alignment. It was promptly taken in at the appointment time, and I did a bit of accessory buying while I waited. The ol x5 steers like a champ now. It's an hour drive for me to get there. (Worth every minute). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Let me start off by saying that I’m not the type that usually leaves reviews unless the experience is either really good, or really bad. Unfortunately, my experience at BMW of Roseville has been very poor. I bought a pre-owned 2018 Ford F-150 from them in April 2022 through their partner Autonation. After test driving the truck and being assured by the salesman that it had already been through a full inspection, I purchased it. Within a couple of days of ownership I realized that there were some issues with the truck that were not ever disclosed to me. These issues should’ve been discovered in their so called presale “inspection” - An old mismatch, nearly bald dry rotting tire, a side mirror broken in half internally, windshield wipers that were falling apart (even though the ad specifically said new wipers), etc, all of which are potential safety issues! I realize that some things may slip through the cracks and I’ve been very understanding, but the dealership’s lack of communication and willingness to work with me has been extremely frustrating. I purchased this truck with the assumption that everything was in good condition (as reflected in the price), not expecting to have to spend several hundred dollars right away to fix the things they missed… After sending thorough explanations of these issues and sending multiple photos, I’ve been told the “I’ve passed this along to my manager” line several times, without any attempt from the manager (or anyone else) to actually resolve the problems. The salesman and finance guys were nice during the buying process, but after 3+ weeks of trying to get the issues fixed I’ve had enough of the run around. On top of that, their detail department is a joke, they even laughingly agreed with me after two failed attempts at getting the interior decently clean. Like come on guys, you can’t even give the windows a wipe down? Overall, I can’t recommend them to anyone. If they stepped up and made any attempt to try and work with me I might’ve had a different opinion. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I found the dealership very deceptive by forcing the sale of the KARR security system for $995 as well as the Glasscoat body and interior protection for $1,295. Both of these items added $2,290 to the cost of the vehicle that I did not want or need. Adding insult to injury, the types of incidents covered are very rare like vomit in the interior and paint damage from bird droppings, tree sap and acid rain. How can this type of behavior be legal? I have absolutely no use for either one of these add-ons. Note that common items like rock chips are conveniently excluded. Since I did not have the luxury of time to further shop for a vehicle, I reluctantly accepted these 2 items and purchased the vehicle. WHAT A SCAM!!! Buyer beware. I still question the legality of this type of business practice and intend to further pursue it with BBB and department of consumer affairs.

We were notified By email of an annual service appointment for our 2020 X7. I called the number to change the time to 11am (notice said 3pm). We arrived 5 minutes early. Jeff Brown had us wait in the lounge while he took care of his 10:40 appointment. We checked in at about 11:15 and Jeff said the service (oil change, inspection, wash) would take 4-5 hours as we were not indicated as “waiting”, but “drop off”. When I called about changing the service time, the representative didn’t provide this option. Jeff said he would tell the technician that we were waiting, but said with lunch breaks it’s doubtful that they would complete the service in less than 3 hours. And getting a loner was unlikely. We walked to Kaiser, got COVID boosters, and had a leisurely lunch getting back to BMW at 2:15. The service was completed in a record time of 5 hours. Our previous car, 2008 Acura MDX, was serviced down the street and we never spent 5 hours for an annual oil change-inspection. We think you need to improve your service immediately. Maybe is because inventory lack issue, no all model vehicles can check in dealer.. like X3 or X5 while I first time visited. Second time I visited it, I want to pre old X3, but when I enter that dealer office, no sales person care us... I don't know why they just don't care about customer come in... And no free WIFI for customer/guess, can it be improve? I pre-old the X3 M40i model vehicle wait 10weeks around, I choose this model because I'd like to have "Driver Assistant Professional Package", no option for xDriver model. Now I picked up the car just 1.5 weeks, the vehicle have print quality and road noise issue, I argued with Sales guy and product specialist, but no give a positive feedback. I really feel so disappointed.

the Worst experience ever! I put $20k down on a 2021 vehicle! the clutch went out 3 weeks after purchase. I have not drove the car 300 miles.. I called and they acted like they can do nothing. When I went to purchase the vehicle they off loaded me to 3 different sales folks. I WILL NEVER Buy from them again.... my car is in the shop now and I have to pay from my own pocket! they sold me some bs vehicle protection plan! I got my car diagnosed because my engine light was on. They told me what the issue was and a few other things that they recommended. I got my car fixed and picked up my car February 9th the following Monday the engine light turned on again. They told me to bring back the car and they kept my car for almost a week. I got my car back February 24th. This is my wife’s car and she said so far everything looks good. I drove the car to the store and noticed that mileage went down 8 miles but I barely drove six blocks. So on March 11, 2022, I emailed the service advisor about my concern and I didn’t hear back from her. Today April 11, 2022, I was driving and the engine light turned on again. I don’t know what to do now. Should go back to this dealership or go find someone else to fix this issue? I’m sharing my experience and I want you to know just because this is a dealership, it doesn’t mean that they are good. I just emailed the advisor. How much do you think I will have to spend to fix my car. I spent a total of $4900 so far.

This review is based on my overall experience but I will have some negatives within this review. The customer service was great and everyone I worked with during my new purchase was pleasant and helpful. The customer service is beyond outstanding. My sales agent Filip, the manager Eddy and the finance agent Cole. All great. I had some issues where I wasn’t really feeling the BMW X3 M40i I purchased (used) great mileage. That’s when I saw a brand new 2022 BMW 330i W/ M sport package in the color Portimao Blue was available. I test drove that and fell IN LOVE!! I however, drove my new car for one day because the air was not working. My purchase date was 3/30/2022. This review is dated 4/10/2022. The first couple of days they added Freon because the car didn’t have any. They kept it over the weekend. That’s when the leak was discovered. I was told to make sure everything is on the up and up I should have it towards the middle of this week coming up. The service agent Lisa? Laura? I’m sad I forgot her name but she’s been GREAT with keeping me updated. The issue isn’t their fault. I’m just glad I have a team of people who don’t seem to be slackers from the hours I have spent with them. Thank you all!

Chris Cubberley does an awesome job of getting me in and getting me out on time, and while BMW's are not inexpensive to service, I always feel that I am getting value for my money. One nice touch that they added: a video of their tech doing the vehicle inspection, which was texted to me - it was really cool to get a visual of the underside of the car while listening to the tech comment on the tires, brakes, bushings, etc. And the car wash and wipe down is always appreciated.

Called two BMW Sacramento dealerships and this Auto Nation BMW was one of them. Both return my calls with appointments made on different days. Got into the dealership 5 mins early than scheduled time to show how serious I’m. Tell the reception whoever we are scheduled to meet, by the way his name is Joshua Moore. Joshua seems to be busy and no greeting like a "hi, I'll be right with you real quick after something is done... " it's fine, we are early, and just find a comfortable chair to sit and wait. 17 mins passed and still sitting and waiting, and out of sudden I heard he was chatting with other clients and I don't think he cares our business, may be we really should not be here to bother him... call Neillo BMW right the way to ask if they can meet us and leave the dealership who don't want our business. When we arrived Neillo, their staffs are so friendly and respect everyone stepped in their doors and keep asking have you been helped and can I get you anything? The sales associate is Fatima and she immediately serve us some water at the bar and the demo car is already for the test drive! AC is on and when you sit in inside the car my wife and I said in mind that "I will order a car here today" We were on Fatima 's office and every option was clearly explained and I'm more than happy to put down a refundable deposit to order this $95K EV. The whole purchase experience is above and beyond satisfactory at Neillo BMW. I bought couple of cars from this Auto nation corporation since 2011 and they going absolutely downhill in customer service.. that's it. No more car buying at this dealership anymore...

Terrible / trick process of selling them a used car. Offered us $15k to trick us to bring it in, then offer literal thousands less ($13k) once it’s there. Ask why, and we are told: “The vehicle needs to be detailed and that costs man hours to do.” Problem with that is my wife asked about that before going in and we were specifically told not to worry about it because they have a detail team. Either way it’s not a realistic reason to offer thousands less when a full detail costs $3-400. Really upset and Don’t appreciate taking time off work to be tricked and a huge waste of time.

Like how BMW of Roseville runs their service department. It's not cheap to maintain a BMW, but these folks are always straightforward, transparent, and give you multiple options so you can decide how much you're comfortable spending (in my case to keep a 12-year old 3 series that's getting a little elderly but still runs great) on the road a reasonable cost. I'll keep bringing my car back to them because i have confidence they know what they're doing and have the knowhow, tools and access to parts and supplies to do the job right. I don't have that kind of confidence in jiffy lube or any of the other places. There are other places where you can get your BMW serviced that are cheaper, but i doubt any of them know better what they're doing than BMW of Roseville!

If you're in the market for a car, consider bringing your business here! ***UPDATE 1/31/22*** Update for the dealership - My car had a PDC and park assist issue (mentioned by my sales associate on same day of purchase, that it can be easily resolved under warranty) that took weeks of bouncing back and forth to be resolved. After having to escalate the issue to their GM, I was finally reimbursed but they deemed it as "after the fact" repairs on the reimbursement check. It was definitely not after the fact when their technician marked off their CPO inspections as everything passed although it clearly wasn't. Buyers, review each of the inspections thoroughly to avoid a similar inconvenience and headache.

Just as I was leaving Reno, I swerved to miss a large rock on the road and ended up hitting it with the rear tire passenger side. Didn’t seem to have done any damage. But when I got to the summit my tire pressure light came on. Sure enough, the tire was ruined. We called BMW Roseville to see if they had the tire and could get us in. We drove the rest of the way to Roseville, thankful for the run flat tires, slowly but surely, and even though BMW was super busy that day, they were able to accommodate us and get us a new tire. We were back in the road in about an hour! They were awesome and we are so grateful!!! Thanks again BMW Roseville!!!!

We started with an online search and estimated price quote on an x5, which turned out be fairly accurate. We made an appt, went in and happily the vehicle was in stock and available at the price quoted. The ultimate difference being TT&L and a bit of dealer prep. Sales team were efficient and very happy to assist us in evaluating whether it was the right vehicle for us. A pleasant departure from the usual sales routines at other dealerships. We test drove the x5 and while it is more capability than we had considered originally at the price point offered the x5 was truly an upgrade from the other vehicles we had been considering in the same price class. Naturally we made the decision for the x5. Then we further discovered the amazing technology built into this vehicle, the list is long and BMW anticipated this with a follow on appointment to introduce us to the nooks and crannies of high tech and capabilities that go beyond starting and stopping. Truly a remarkable vehicle.

My 2014 i3 had airbag warning, it was replaced for free. I had basic maintenance done and some other issues resolved. All in all I was very happy to work with Laura, she did all she could to make my repair experience great. They even comped a loaner for almost a week. While the actual service done on the vehicle was acceptable, prices were through the roof. So, here are a few thoughts I would like to share with you. When you buy a brand new BMW, it comes with a 3 years of maintenance warranty. Each year when you bring in your vehicle for the annual service the only service provided is an oil and filter change and nothing else. Unless there is a problem which is never the case given the vehicle was purchased new which is the case here. As soon as maintenance warranty has run out they start listing tons of checks on the vehicle with prices through the roof. One specific example: During the first or second year of the use of the vehicle the battery on the remote control of my car ran out and I had to replace it. After opening the remote I purchased an identical battery for a few dollars and replaced it myself. During the first, second and third year of service they never bothered to check or possibly replace the remote battery. This year that the maintenance warranty has run out they want to replace the remote battery (without checking if it needs to be replaced) for a whopping $30. Another example was visual check of the vehicle which they charged $190 and nothing actually done. They offered 3 different maintenance plans for that day, Minimum ($818.92), Value (1,411.90), Preferred (1,862.84) !!! Stating specific tasks for each plan. I opted for minimum and still removed a bunch of unnecessary items and still ended up paying over $700. The mark ups on each service item are so high it is unbelievable. Make the long story short, save yourself a lot of dough and find a good mechanics and once the maintenance warranty has run out, do not go to the dealer or be prepared to pay through the nose.

My service visit was disappointing to say the least. I scheduled my appointment online, due to technical difficulties it was scheduled as a drop off however I let the service agent know I was intending to wait because I live clear across town and did not have a ride home. The agent offered to take me to the mall which I declined and let him know I would wait. He told me he would put a rush on my service, which was scheduled at 10am. I did not leave the service center until 330pm, and on top of this once I returned back to my serviced vehicle, after 5 hours of waiting, my car was not even washed or vacuumed inside, and service mats or seat covers were not used in this state of pandemic we are currently in. I hope to have a better experience moving forward, as I have no choice but to use the AutoNation service center due to my AutoNation care package.

I paid the MSRP, and there were no hidden costs snuck into the purchase price. I also got a very good financing rate. This dealership replaced the tires on my X3. I stopped by and had them checked over the last six months, and they were helpful in timing the work. They were good in helping me decide on replacing 2 vs. 4 tires on my x-drive. Price was comparable to my alternative. They completed the work on schedule as planned. I do hate calling the dealership phone system, as it results in long waits at every turn. Wish I could have gotten my service Rep's direct phone number sooner in the process.

I was told that my car needed front brakes and the possible charge was about $2100. I told them that I would shop around. A little later on the rep offered and $800 discount. I had the job done. On the way to the check out I asked the rep how were they able to offer such a discount. He said that they had made a mistake on initial assessment. I think that there are two problems, first I was misled when I was told that I was getting a discount; second, what would have happened if I had not initially complained?

I am not sure that BMW of Roseville wants this opinion, but here it goes anyway. About a month ago i took my 2017 BMW x1 in for routine service, and asked them to check out a few other problems: check the alignment, dot in my screen, and some sort of starting hestitation when i pushed the start button. I had to rent a car on my own, which was fine, and my service writer got everything warrantied, except the alignment, (which i totally expected to pay for, of course). I asked that since this was an electrical problem (screen and starter), that i should get a new battery. I was told, nope, it's fine. I said, "well i don't want to have to bring it back, that's all, and i don't mind paying for a battery". So, 2 weeks ago, i was home, (thankfully) on a day off, and went to start my car and it wouldn't start. Lights working, but connected drive wouldn't. I called BMW roadside assist. The rep was very difficult to understand, I told her where i lived. They sent a tow driver from an area 2.5 hours away from me, it took 5 hours to get the driver there. I had to call in for work the next day since i had no car. I tried to get an Uber, but since this pandemic, no uber drivers. I called a cab. 115 bucks for a cab to the rental car place. Got a rental for a week, at 367 bucks. That was a thursday, BMW had no answers on thursday or Friday, had to wait till Monday. I got the call, that it was the battery, and they were waiting for one to come in. Tuesday evening the car was finished, and i had to return the rental, get the car after work.. blah blah blah. Here is the point. YES i get that sometimes dealers miss things. But i specifically asked for a battery at the 1st visit. I have been in this situation a few times in my life, and replacing the battery is always a good policy after anything electrical goes wrong. I come from a automotive care family, and have learned through the years. I work at a job, that i could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere. The reason i bought a BMW, was because i wanted the higher level of service and excellence, and instead, on this particular occasion, i got the same thing i would expect at any shade tree mechanic shop. I used to have great service here. I hope that it improves again soon. But i can't give them anything higher than 3 stars this time, because I should not have had to bring it back and lose a work day, money on a cab or second rental. I don't want a phone call back or an e mail with these words: "I am sorry that your service experience didn't go as you had planned". I was inconvenienced, it was totally preventable, and I expect this to be corrected at future visits to the Service department.

I came in for a scheduled oil change. I was completely ignored and sat like a fool until someone would talk to me. I let the service advisor know I was there for an oil change. He asked me “what I normally pay for an oil change with BMW” likely to see if he could give me the highest price possible; he did. The price is gave me is 40 dollars more than I usually pay! Nick, Service Manager, went above and beyond in helping me and my family when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere on a road trip to Utah. Laura is truly the best Service Advisor at BMW Roseville! I had an appointment with another service advisor who actually wasn't in the office that day. With 8 cars ahead of me and her now being double booked with appointments, Laura still took care of all my car's needs without any complications or problems. Usually the service requested is booked for 6hrs, my car was done and ready for pickup in 2hrs. Laura is efficient, empathetic and absolutely the best at BMW Roseville. Not only does she deserve a raise, she should be promoted to manager or supervisor! I will only work with her for all my BMW needs, and will return very soon to fix all the issues with my car that she suggested. Thank You Laura for all you do!

Regardless of what year my car is!! Concord of BMW have service my cars for over 12 years, concord BMW treated like a new customer each time my car was sevice, Roseville told me they could not pick me up because the 12 mile range. I live 31 miles away no service for me. I spend a little over $6000 dollar, also their price was a little bit over, of course I knew it was going high, the customer service representative was doing the best of her ability but lack of communication with different departments..$6,000 plus for services on my vehicle and no perks couldn't get a ride!

We went in to BMW of Roseville to test drive a used BMW but decided to lease a new X1 instead. Ali helped us with the process and was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was never a pushy salesman which is why we decided to purchase with them. He has reached out and helped me with questions about the car multiple time since we purchased as well. If you want someone who will work with you and not be a typical pushy car salesman then we recommend working with Ali.

Overall, it was NOT a great experience. Me and my family are long term BMW clients and it was the worst experience I had. I do admit that the GM and Service Manager handled the end nicely, but what I had to go through to get there was ridiculous. At the end of the day, BMW did accept responsibility for the problem and associated repairs, but I was also out of a car for over a month without a loaner or apology - on a 3 year leased 5 series car. I feel some of the employees at the Roseville location could use a refresher in customer service, and they badly need a new phone/voicemail system. Still love the cars - so thank you.

I have used this dealership for my service and repair needs for 3 years now. They are always very professional and go above and beyond to make sure the needs of the customer are met. My latest repair took a week to complete and they took care of my transportation needs while it was being worked on. Not only that they also resolved issues that were not part of the initial repair and continued to take care of my transportation needs while they attending to that. This dealership clearly puts a heavy emphasis on customer service and has proven to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I had an appointment for a recall issue and was initially told it would be a two hour wait. I had traveled an hour to get there so I walked around the auto mall to pass the time and when I returned to the service desk an hour and a half later my car hadn’t moved. I was told it could be 4-5 hours before my car was serviced. They offered me a rental car to go home in but I had commitments the following day and couldn’t return it until Monday. They wouldn’t extend the rental. I ended up driving home without any service. This BMW dealer service is awful. They wasted my day. I still have a potentially dangerous recall issue that involves the door not locking while the car is in motion.

Don't get any Additional Protection on your Lease! It's a huge scam! Went in Today because My Car has a bubble in the front tire and They tell me it won't be covered because it's too worn. I have driven 14k miles on 30K mile tires...and my tires are worn out. They look good to me visually. So Service women gives me a bill saying that it will cost $1500 to replace all my tires because they all need to be replaced. Where is the customer service? Good Customer service is treating your clients and customers with respect and not being money gougers. Paying $125 for Wheel and Tire protection (mind you tires are not worn out) they tell me they won't cover it because they are too worn out. So I have paid $1625 into a tire and wheel protection that sounds more like a money scam. BRING BACK THE DAYS WHEN YOU REALLY CARED!!! Asking the customer to give you 10 stars on a review or 5 stars on a survey is not good customer service its pure propaganda...oh... yeah were in Covid...not buying it. I took my 2013 BMW 328i in for a tune-up yesterday. I had not gone in for service since August 2019 which included an oil & oil filter change. Since then, I have driven about 7K miles, almost all of which was before COVID struck in March 2020. I discussed the multi-point inspection, replacing the cabin filter and replacing the brake fluid with the service writer, Andrew, which was performed with precision. I was somewhat surprised that an oil change was not mentioned or considered necessary. So, when I got home, I reviewed my owners manual but I could not find information about how long the oil would last. What it did say was that my dashboard computer would tell me when service was necessary. Jeff was very professional and answered all my questions in detail. I learned quite a bit as a first time BMW owner! The only negative of my service experience was the day of check-in. A rather long drama ensued from the previous customer who showed up early and caused me to wait 40 minutes to check my vehicle in. Each time Jeff thought he was going to rap up, it extended. A manager should have been notified after the first 15 minutes to ask if I had time to wait or do an abbreviated check-in with a follow up phone call as soon as the advisor was available. Not good service to make a customer wait that long.

Excellent reliable service from Service Consultant (Joua Cha). Repair costs a bit expensive but service appears to be very good so far. UPDATE: Customer service was fairly good overall but quality of repair was questionable. I took my X5 in to address a leak. BMW replaced the seals and supposedly fixed the issue and performed full inspection. Unfortunately, I ended up returning my vehicle a few days later due to another leak in same area and the repair cost being exorbitant. BMW ended picking up a large portion of that second repair cost but not all of it. Not clear who was at fault but did not settle well with me. UPDATE: I returned my X5 a third time for same leak. Apparently, part replaced during 2nd repair was defective. Seals were replaced at no charge. Service consultant still good. No other leaks detected so far. Hopefully, 3rd time is the charm.

Andrew from Roseville BMW told me the flat tire with leak cannot be fixed and wanted to sell me a new tire. When I asked to see the tire, the leak was on tread and I asked why don?t you fix it. He changed his story and told me they don?t fix flats. So instead of asking me to get flat fixed some where else, he wanted to sell me $300 tire. Did I pay $45k on this new 2019 BMW X3 to get this kind of service from the dealer? American Tire Co fixed the flat for free even though I did not buy the tire from them. I was really happy with the service and promptness but The dealer added washer fluid after I declined multi point inspection on oil change, they added summer fluid which fluid which froze upon driving to my destination with colder temperatures this was a safety issue as I was not able to use my washer fluid. My attempt over phone and email has been ignored as I gave them 48 hours to respond but I haven't heard from anyone so I'm sure this is low priority for them. They could improve by showing that they care about customer safety as well being better at communicating, very un-ethical behaviors for such a big company.

I brought my 535d in to get routine oil change and have my chattering brakes addressed. I was told that my brakes, which are covered under warranty, would be looked at as a part of the routine maintenance, and to address them specifically would require an additional "diagnostic fee". I didn't want to pay someone to "diagnose" what I already knew, which was that my brakes were not working correctly. With a 9:20 appointment, I waited until 12:55 for all the routine maintenance to be completed, but since the brakes were still at 5mm they would not be covered under the warranty. The warranty requires them to be at 4mm, so now I need to wear my brakes down 1 additional millimeter before they will be fixed. There is no way for me to tell that the brakes have worn the additional 1mm(!), so once again it looks like I will be asked to pay a "diagnostic fee" for someone to look at my brakes and tell me if they are 4mm or less in order for the warranty to cover their replacement. All this on top of the fact that it takes a 3 hour appointment on a weekday in Roseville to do this. I understand that there is a lot of traffic coming through their service department, and it is difficult to manage each situation with individual consideration, but I was essentially told I have nothing better to do than wait 3 hours on my car to not be entirely fixed and told that in a month or two, I would need to do so again. And it is not lost on me that the mysterious 1mm extra on the brake pads will force me to pay their technician to diagnose a problem I already know that I have.

Our lease on our 2018 X-5 was ending in January, so when getting that car serviced we were deciding whether to purchase our car out of the lease or to buy a new one. Elizabeth handled the servicing very well and Mark Holland patiently showed us the possibilities during two visits. We decided to buy the new model, but needed a windshield replacement on the car we were turning in. When our insurance would not cover the dealer making the repair, Mark took over handling that nuisance and made the trade-in and purchase process an easy one. Laura jumped right in even though she wasn’t my assigned advisor and kept me informed on my service progress. One surprise was the dealership no longer offer rentals or loaner cars. Might be because of covid, but given I live an hour away, it would have been nice to have a loaner vs arranging for a ride. And I really wanted to drive an X4 since my lease is up next August. 😉 Overall great experience though. Thank you!

We took our less than a year old BMW X3 to the service department due to a constant whistling that we could hear at times over the radio! Was only told would be 169 diagnostic fee was not advised would go up did not have good communication at all I advised several times car went crazy right after oil change but all I was told is codes show misfire well I already knew that brought you the codes so I’m paying 169 to tell me what codes said I took car to another shop in an hour found the oil change was done wrong and made all misfire and codes to run the only really good thing for BMW is they waived my 169 fee when I towed car out I do respect that about them but the rest of the experience was not good

My real issue with BMW Of Roseville is that during the delivery process of my new BMW and when installing the temporary license plate by the dealer, the rear deck lid to the trunk was damaged when the drill being used hit the paint. Accidents happen... I engaged the assistance of the service department to get it fixed and while they accommodated, their attempt at the damage the dealership caused was indeed sub-par in that they used touch-up paint only. The indent in the metal/paint/gel-coat remains. I've again contacted them for correction. Both in emails and formal written letters to both their General Manager and their Sales Manager. I added additional communication with the service department. All have been ignored to date. This is my first purchase of a vehicle at BMW Of Roseville. I've owned eight (8) other BMW's with two of them purchased at Niello. I'd encourage any potential buyer to look at Niello BMW as well if purchasing from a dealership. My sales consultant (at BMW Of Roseville) was very accommodating. Same for the exiting experience during the time of the sale from the finance department. It was and is sub-standard upper management where I am seeing issues of responsibility (or lack of). The overall experience at BMW Of Roseville isn't much different than that of a Honda or Toyota dealership. Remember, I've had eight (8) BMW's to date so I have used their service department many times over the years. BMW Of Roseville operates under the umbrella of what is called AUTO NATION. I now know that I am not a welcomed or valued customer. If I had to do it all over again, I would have instead returned to Niello BMW (in Sacramento) for a better overall purchase experience.

Very disappointing. You buy a $35k car, in finacining they make you sign 'buying vehicle as is' and when they drive up to give you the car after all has been signed... turns it only has one key. Asking them to pay/order a 2nd key, they decline and say sorry, you bought 'as is'. Everything was great up until then... then they cheap out on $500 when I just spent $35k... maybe the GM needs to read ISMs in Action by Dan Gilbert again.

The next day was a scorching hot day so I turned on the AC and I smelled a pungent vinegar odor (ozone) coming from the vents. I tried numerous times over numerous days to call the service number to discuss it but couldn't get an answer. As a matter of fact NOBODY would answer my calls. I don't live near the dealership but a week or so later I was in the neighborhood and went into the service dept and was told to go to sales to ask them if they used a vinegar detergent when cleaning it before selling it to me. It's ozone I told them but I was shoo'd away. I went to the sales desk and I got a look of 'why are you coming to us for this' after explaining it. I was wondering the same since service should've been asking this question instead of sending the customer all over the store. I bought a BMW not a Mitsubishi and don't expect special treatment but do expect some level of higher than normal service at the dealership I bought my first BMW from. Sales tried finding a service person to help me buy they too gave up and told me to make an appt. I tried this already so I gave up and walked out and went to a different BMW service center to fix my issue. Never again. It came off to me that they sold the car and wanted me to go on with myself now that it's mine. They're great at sales I'll give them that!

I recently serviced my F30 at this dealership because of the chirping sound I was hearing from the rear ac vent of my car. They charged diagnostic fees which I was okay. During service, they figured out it's coming from parking brake mount clips. The clips cost $22 and the labour changed was $900. I did not have any choice but to pay whole bill. Please avoid this dealer for repairs.

Probably the quickest, most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Although I did my research and went in know what I wanted, they offered a very fair price, expedited the process and had me happily on my way in my new truck in about an hour. Beyond that, Nassar called me back in the next with a better loan interest rate. I know, Whaaaat?! Excellent customer service, which means everything to me. I will be buying there again.

I brought my X6 in for squealing brakes. I had a recent front brake job, as a result of squealing. After a day after that job, the squealing returned. I washed out the rotors and calipers, but the squeal came back. So, I took the car back in for another look. They kept the car overnight, as the noise mainly occurs while the car is cold. Their conclusion was that the rear brakes had some glazing and that hard driving might fix it. They could attempt to remove the glazing or change the rear brakes. In either case, they couldn't guarantee that the noise wouldn't return. I opted to spend no more money at this time. They also gave me a BMW flyer that stated that noisy brakes are common with their cars. That seems hokey, since I've never heard another bmw make noises. Anyway, to have an $85k car be expected to have noisy brakes is sad. BMW has dropped the ball on this one. I really like my car, but will consider other brands next time. Note that the Roseville dealership has been very helpful and informative. So, no fault to them. I accept that BMW's cost 2X or 3X as much to repair, but asking for quiet brakes shouldn't be out of the question. Just a head's up to the readers.

I have to commend Arian Haskarian, my service advisor. I had been taking my car to another BMW dealership in Sacramento. I had been complaining of the same issue since I bought the car and I was given a multitude of excuses as to why that would occur. My warranty ran out 10k miles ago and when the defect was finally diagnosed, my extended warranty wanted to pay $4k of the $33k. Yes, I said $33,000 in repairs. Arian went to bat for me! He provided documentation to show it was an ongoing issue and much to my surprise, BMW took care if it. All of it. Without the assistance, and most importantly, the listening ear of Arian, I would have been on my own continuing to fight this battle. He has my business for life. Wherever he goes. My only regret regarding this review is that I can not name the mechanic. Without him going the extra mile, we still might not have figured it out. For that reason, Roseville BMW has my service work for however long I own BMWs. Thank you Arian!

After an arduous process of car-shopping in-person and online and through intensive "group-sessions", it was a relief to have met Mike Gonzales -- via his colleague and friend, Sal. I am truly grateful to Sal for the ntroduction. I was under time-pressure and had set fairly stringent criteria that were necessary. I wasn't messing-around. A message that didn't always seem to get-through to other dealers/salespersons. Having deemed that I had done my due diligence, I knew the first weekend of March was my final attempt of searching for a vehicle in the Sacramento region. Upon arrival to the BMW of Roseville dealership, I sensed "a shift". I was quietly greeted by Mohammad Ali. Then, to Mike, who kindly greeted me. It didn't take much time to figure-out which vehicle was soon to be mine. Then, off I went to meet w/ Naseer Subeh for the process continue. Naseer helped to certainly make the doldrums of financials and documents, etc. etc. etc. a little less painful. And, before finally leaving, I was to meet w/ Jake -- one of the-Geniuses on-staff. I was in the market for a CPO X3 for a few months. I test-drove a few X3s at various dealers in the Bay Area. I saw an X3 on the Roseville BMW website and initially disregarded it as being too far away. After further reconsideration, I thought I would contact the dealership to see if it was worth the drive. I spoke with a sales representative --Azz Sanif -- who answered all of my questions and helped navigate me through all of the pre-purchase hoops including setting up financing, getting an estimate for my trade-in, and reserving the car so it wouldn't be purchased before my arrival. Azz met me at the dealership, showed me the features and after a great test-drive, I am the new owner of a great car. Azz also did the financing paperwork and I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours. It was the most enjoyable experience I have had of the six cars that I have purchased. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

I purchasing a used vehicle, BMW did not give me a copy of the spec sheet that showed the vehicle was inspected prior to the sell of the car. I bought the 2018 Prius Prime and had it one week, I felt something scraping on the freeway and when I got to my destination, I looked under the vehicle there was half of the bottom of my new car missing the driver's side panel and the other half was dragging on the road. I contact the dealerships rep, Josh to tell him what I experienced. I was instructed by Josh Moore to take to a Autonation facility which was in Hayward which Josh should have known they would not cover but I spent my whole day driving and waiting at this dealership to tell me they cannot help me because this is considered wear and tear. I then immediately called Josh and he does not respond to me for almost a week and when he does, he informs me that I must of done the damage to the car because the tech, that inspected the vehicle prior to the sell of the car, said there was nothing found damaged under vehicle. The weird part is that I was interested in this car around New Years but it had sold and they contacted me informing me that this car was available because the person's loan did not go through which doesn't make sense because you have to be approved before leaving the facility. The person that returned the car may have done the damage to the car and possibly was not inspected a 2nd time. I don't know what happened but I did not run over anything in one weeks time and now I'm told I must have done the damage. I turned in a meticulous well taken care of car as a trade in so they know how I treat my vehicles so to tell me I did the damage shows me BMW Roseville will not take responsibility for this and make it right. I will not refer this dealership as they are not honest and they do not treat their customers with high regard or respect, they are only out for themselves for profit. So sad! Even sadder, the part is not that expensive where they could have had a happy customer and a great review but it has resorted to this. I don't leave bad reviews ever. It has to be really disappointing for me to leave a bad review.

I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from BMW of Roseville. The overall sales experience was great, no pressure, no hassle, direct and up-front. They have a No Haggle pricing, which depending on the vehicle it tends to be a bit over the market price, but I got lucky to find one that was actually at a great price and decided to pull the trigger. My sales rep, Cai Tai, was very helpful and accommodating to all my requests and inquiries and I give him 5 stars all around. The financing was easy and trouble free. The facilities are on par with other BMW dealers. They provide a 4 month, 4K miles powertrain warranty on their used vehicles, a very nice touch especially when buying a used BMW. Advise to the BMW of Roseville management team: Don't underestimate the power of small details to differentiate yourselves from other luxury dealers in the area. I have owned several BMWs in different states. The best dealership experience I had was in Central FL, the dealer had free FULL car washes on Saturday, and while you waited they had brunch available for all its customers with hot and cold stations, as well as deserts and a variety of drinks. When you purchased a car, they gave you a nice key chain for each key, with the BMW logo on one side, and the dealer info on the other, with an inscription that if found, return postage is guaranteed if dropped at the post office. The loyalty they had from their customers was above and beyond all the area luxury dealerships, even though they were the only local BMW dealership at that time. Other luxury dealerships in Texas also provided key chains and free car washes.

I had a horrible attempted purchase from this dealer a few years ago. Sales manager was rude and outright disrespectful. They have since lost two BMW purchases from me. Decided to go there for a prepaid oil change on our new X5. Service rep was nice enough but it took four and a half hours for a basic oil change and service. I almost expect this from a Chevy or Ford dealer but not a BMW dealer. I will be driving an hour out of my way to avoid this dealership.

Is it worth mentioning they actually wrecked are car? Not a slight dent or door ding, actually wiped out the entire back of the car. How about the very minor oil leak the offered to fix after wrecking our car that has now been with them twice and it again was returned to us and is leaking even more oil... lots more. Mind you it never leaked oil prior. Be cautious buying a car here unless you plan to service it at another dealership.

After setting an appointment via telephone, there appeared confusion with greeter at Dealership as to that appointment, in spite of my paper confirmation copy -- asked me to wait in Customer Lounge. After spending some time with the Parts Desk discussing snow tires, and still no Service Advisor, I approached the Cashier/Service Desk to inquire. Waiting a couple minutes to the two employees behind the desk to complete a conversation, I was acknowledged, but cut-off almost immediately -- the previous employee conversation restarted. At this point, my tolerance exhausted. I abruptly walked off to personally find Chris. Fortunately, my luck changed, as I found Chris available and ready for action. From there, all was well!

Repairs required about 6 hours. That was fine. They gave me an uber ride both ways. Nice. As it turns out, BMW's are expensive to repair. My cost was about $2000. I guess you have to pay to play. Crude math puts my cost of ownership around 35 cents per mile. Yes, I'll probably own another bmw, but get ready for the service costs. One last thing... my left front rim has some sort of chemical splashed on it which can't be cleaned off. It wasn't there before the service. Cost to repaint the rim will be around $150. I don't want to argue with the dealer about it, but make sure you fully inspect your car with the service attendant when you drive it in for service and before it leaves the lot!

Tai Cai was the sales rep for my lease of a 2020 BMW X1 sDrive. The deal was made via emails subject only to appraisal of the trade-in of my 2011 BMW 3281 convertible. Tai was courteous, prompt, and provided every piece of information I requested. BMW of Roseville is the best !!! We went in to drive a few cars to see what we would like. Mark Holland listened to our needs and wants and showed us the range of Xdrive vehicles. With the X5 seeming to be best suited for our needs, he immediately put us in a new X5 we loved. Mark made the transaction easy even with our 2 trade-ins. The financial side was as painless as financial transactions can be and Azz was a pleasure to work with. His explanations were concise and understandable. Shaun Ivers is the best Service Manager bar none. He takes care of our cars like they are his own. While the service is sometimes more expensive than we would like, we know the work has been done correctly and the price is fair.

From the start Ryan took care of my car, my timeline and my need for a rental. I brought my car by after work for an urgent light . He assessed the situation on the spot, determined that I should not take chances with my commute and drive the car further- he arranged a rental on the spot. Shaun Ivers, the service advisor was beyond awesome! However, the complimentary car wash was awful as usual. Forgot to wash my car when I picked up. Then when they did wash it, then they just quickly sprayed down and sprayed the tires dressing all over your tires and WHEELS and Didn’t bother wipe the dressing off after that. When I drove off, the black dressing sprayed all over the sides of my white M3 and upwards to the windows made them all blotchy. I had to washed my car when I got home. :(

I was told I'd be a BMW for life. "Part of the family" you said... and yet the service department seems to have destroyed my car when I took it in for tinting. I had only had it 6 days. Not only did they get black shoe stains on my tan rug and black smudges everywhere.. I later realised by the time I got home that the car was driving funny. Wobbly. out of alignment? something was off and it no longer felt safr. After having it towed it looks like someone took it for a joyride and everything is tore to pieces underneath? I certainly didn't do it as I had my teenage daughter with me in the car the whole time I drove it home. It absolutely must have been your team. Someone caught on camera maybe by your own teams suggestion but now it's been 5 days since I had it towed back to you and you have YET to follow up with me on the checking of footage. This is seriously impacting my day to day life at this point as I have no car and my insurance is patiently WAITING ON YOU to review that footage. I've called everyone daily and spoke to Mike Gonzales multiple times and everyone keeps passing the buck to the next guy. i was told it would be done Sunday and now its Monday night. What's the deal? Do NOT buy from this dealer! I had a pre-approved loan and the car in mind, an easy buying experience one would think. I purchased a 428i with XDrive and love it, its been my favorite vehicle. I only wish I could say the same about the service received in Roseville. The buying process took over 5 months to finalize. The first application was misfiled and not received within the 30 days after I left the lot with the car. The loan then became expired. Chuck, the accountant, was very apologetic and asked if I would apply for another loan, as it would be faster than him "contacting the capital one rep. about the dealer error." Wanting to keep the car with no issues, I applied for another loan with Capital One. After I was approved they sent a Salesman up to Tahoe for a new signature on the second application. 3 weeks later I call Capital One to arrange a car payment, only to find out they still have not received an application. I immediately reach out to Chuck, to find out he's on vacation and the only one in finance who could help. Once he returned, a 3rd application was asked to be signed. After 5 months and 3 applications, the car was mine. The loan was pre-approved and needed only one hard inquiry on my credit from the dealer. However, due to a misfiling of their paperwork, 4 hard inquiries were made. One for each of their applications they misfiled and one to check my credit for other loans when I specified not to. I only wish the buying experience was the end of my issues with this location. I was overcharged on my sales tax and issued a check Jun 2018 that expired 90 days after the issue date. The check was dated and sent in December 2018, 90 days after it expired. Needless to say, no one would respond to me via email and any time you call, you can only reach the sales department. So please, save yourself the headache from their poor filling system and keep your credit score from obtaining unauthorized hard inquiries. One would presume when paying for a premium car you could expect the same for service, that they would fix their mistakes if any and in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, that is the least of what you will receive at BMW of Roseville. I was very understanding and flexible the whole process, never asking for a discount or extra services in return. What I could not find forgiving and the final straw is their response time. I purchased my car in June 2018, just recently received my overpayment check, the appropriate email response time is between 2-3 weeks, and the same goes for phone calls. Just a horrible representation of BMW, I've never experienced worse.

My wife’s 2012 X3 ( w/ extended warranty), BMW of Roseville refuse replace the brakes at 60000 miles and stated the front brakes @ 7mm and rear brakes@ 5mm. But, when we bring to another BMW dealer,after measure, both front and rear are due to replace @ 3mm. I do not understand how BMW allow BMW of Roseville regardless of customers safety and live. We are going to sale X3 to another dealer and let they to find out how many services are due and BMW of Roseville did not do for us.

Overall the service on my BMW 3 Series was a pleasant experience. My Service Consultant was very professional and very easy to work with. However, her support staff could use some HELP. She called to tell me that my vehicle had been involved in a 'minor accident' while in their care; just before I was to pick it up. I am still waiting for this body work to be repaired. Everyone we interacted with at this dealership was very pleasant and willing to provide assistance. There was no sales pressure and we felt we had plenty of time to roam and test drive. We did end up purchasing a vehicle from them and the experience from arrival to the post-purchase experience has continued to be very positive. Unfortunately I had a 1015 appointment for a routine service on my car. I took the shuttle home and waited for them to call me. By 5 o’clock I had heard nothing. I spent a half hour trying to get through to ask what the status of my car was. The service guy finally called me at 5:30 saying that my car was not ready and would not be ready until the next day. At this point they had not even looked at my car. I’m not quite sure why they overbooked so much. And why they could not have called me sooner in the day to let me know they were not going to get to it and offer me a loaner car because at this point I still have no car or transportation. Worst service experience ever!! Had my car for 3 weeks to fix a busted window and returned it with the same seals that had been crowbarred. They sent it to another auto Body repair shop without my knowledge and didn’t inspect the work before returning it. Also they didn’t have a loaner so I was driving a Nissan for almost a month while paying for a bmw. When I called about the terrible work the service manger didnt have voicemail so I was kept in a loop and hung up on. Finally almost a month and a half later they return my car with gas tank on empty.

We have had two dealings with Roseville BMW this year, both for recall repairs. They have the absolutely worst customer service. The most recent experience was just last week. No one called to give me an update on my car, so after lunch I called. I was stuck in their automated phone system for 30 mins. I tried calling different numbers, I tried selecting different departments to try to reach a live person. Every attempt either put me back to the main menu or hung up on me. Finally I tried texting, and they provided a different phone number which I called- and the person put me back into the automated system twice after I explained what had happened and asked not to be placed in the system again. By this time I was so frustrated and angry that I gave my husband the phone to try. He was finally able to reach a person (after being hung up on twice) who transferred him to the service rep who said she had called earlier in the day. If she did she didn’t leave a message which is a wasted attempt. Because of the service department I am actually selling our BMW and we will not purchase BMW again.

On September 3rd, we went to the BMW dealership to buy an X5, the sales person who attended us was Caitlyn Kennedy. We did the test driving and the vehicle responded very well, but immediately we realized that there was a problem with the rear camera, the image on the screen was distorted, cut off and with green pictures very annoying. We asked Caitlyn what was going on with it, and she told us that the vehicle could present some small faults, but that it was covered by a 90-day BMW warranty, and we shouldn't have to worry We trusted her word, I sign the documents and we happily took the X5 to our house. September 4th, I talk with BMW customer service in Roseville to solve the car problems, a person asked for my phone and email and told me that during the day someone would call me, nobody called me. September 5th, I spoke again with customer service and again they asked me for my contact information and nobody called me. around 6:30pm after my work, I went to Roseville to talk to someone, but it was too late and they told me I should return the next day. On September 6th, I spoke with Jonathan Demchuk by email and he told me to go to the dealership and he would help me, until that moment he was the only one who really offered help and sense of urgency, he explained the problem to his manager and told me to left the X5 and they would fix my vehicle and they gave me a service car to be able to return to my house. September 11th I receives my first bill for the first payment of my car September 18th, almost 2 weeks after I left my car at the dealership, Chris from the parts department calls me and tells me that I can go get my car, the warranty does not cover the problem of the rear camera. I though that's was a joke I've already spoken with different people, Tom in sales, Chris for parts, Dana for customer service, Matt for customer service and nobody gives me a solution. Caitlyn Kennedy sold me a car promising that everything would be fine, she told us that there would be no problem with the camera or any other detail, I sign a car loan that impact my credit and now I even received the bill for a car that I could only drove for 3 days. I am very upset and disappointed, the only person who showed interest in helping me was Jonathan Demchuk nobody else.

Wendy was a good service interface but that is it on the "good" side. Estimated oil change of 2hrs so no loaner for my 750 service - not my expectation! At drop off Wendy says will be longer want a rental?? ended up overnight AGAIN. Not good!

I needed to get a recall done on my 2012 X5 which is supposed to take 2-3 hours. My car was held for 3 days. Was told they had a shuttle, waited 45 minutes and I had to pay for an Uber to get home 2.5 miles. Auto Nation failed. Adviser never called me until I called him.. Failure. I called 4 times. This recall cost me having my car there for 3 days no good. They claim they broke a part... So get one from another dealership, your the one that broke it. I called general manager Jason... No call back. Your dealership failed...

By far, and continuously, the worst customer service experience of any dealership I've worked with. Made an appointment, brought my car in for maintenance, was told it would only take a couple of hours, I get a loaner with 20 miles left in the tank and completely disgusting on the inside. Try to call the service center 6 hours later to get the status, no one answered the phone for 5 minutes!!! I had to call sales to walk over to service for them to answer the phone. Sarah from service gets on the phone, and says the maintenance is done but they haven't started looking at the issue I reported. I ask why my car is outside then, and she had no idea how to answer the question. I informed them I was going to come pick it up, and she says she'll need to have a technician put it back together. WHY IS MY CAR SITTING OUTSIDE 6 HOURS LATER TAKEN APART FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I get to the dealership, they hand me my key, no paperwork, and tell me to go find my car! I ask for the paperwork and service manager, and I'm watching service reps sitting at their desk texting while the phones are ringing. Service manager doesn't work weekends, I'm also sending this to corporate.

Shaun Ivers was really helpful in getting my BMW fixed. I had several issues with my car and he was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very accommodating and made sure that I had temporary transport while my car was in the shop for a few days. After my car was fixed, my car feels great again. I highly recommend them for their great work and great customer service.

Horrible experience. I purchased a brand new vehicle there two years ago. Traded it in in Elk Grove and needed to cancel the service contract extras I purchased for almost $5,000. I was first told (very rudely) by Ovi Rosca that only the extended warranty would be reimbursed and my maintenance contract I paid for would not be reimbursed and stays with the car. Obviously that makes NO SENSE, why would someone else get the benefit of a service contract on my dime? I decided to ask elsewhere. I spoke to the dealership I traded my car into and they assured me that was false, but I had to go through Roseville as this is the place my refund would be sent. I had to do this in person. I drove an hour to get there, sat in the lobby for an HOUR waiting for someone to assist, and then was approached by Nasser Subeh and told all is well, fill out this form, we’ll take care of it. Two weeks later I get an email from Ovi Rosca needing one more form signed. I signed it and sent it back SAME DAY and got a confirmation it was received. Six weeks later, nothing. I emailed, no response. I called, only to find out the form I signed six weeks ago was never submitted to cancel the policy. So the guy who doesn’t even know what the policy is is being trusted to complete the process and then can’t? The customer service there is terrible. There are plenty of other dealerships that sell BMW in the Sacramento Metro area, use another one. Elk Grove has been amazing.

The coolant hose popped off while driving to Yosemite, 5 weeks after service and safety check. An auto place in the area reattached the hose and added coolant. I called the service dept. after returning home. The only interest seemed to be that I come in for BMW coolant, not why the hose popped off. So, I have paid twice in a few months for cooling system and cleaning.

My husband and I went into Roseville BMW to shop for an X5 because earlier in the week we visited Niello BMW and we were treated so poorly that we had to leave. We were hesitant when we arrived at Roseville BMW. When we first walked into the building, we were happily greeted by Tom Diefendorf who introduced us to Wayne Donnahue. Throughout our time with Wayne, he was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He took time with us both to find us the best X5 on the lot. As it turned out, we could save a lot of money by purchasing a new X5 with a few thousand miles on it. After we test drove the X5, Wayne and Tom worked well together in making us feel comfortable. The both made this purchase an easy and quick one, Most importantly they gave us the best deal ever. We were surprised how nice everyone was and how they all made it a pleasure to purchase our X5. Wayne and Tom made us believers that great service is still out there. However, financing was time consuming as we had to make multiple trips back for missing signatures and corrections. Nonetheless, Tom Diefendorf, Wayne Donnahue and their BMW genius Mitchell are a wonderful team to work with. We will recommend Roseville BMW to everyone we know. And if they are available, they will ask for Wayne and Tom!

I hated car shopping, and recently got dragged into the BMW dealership in the automall in Roseville by my dad. We walked in around 3, and and I ended up driving out at 7, with an amazing lease deal! Arthur made the whole car shopping experience painless, and was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and car specs, and gave his honest opinion based on facts. Several years back, I purchased my bmw from Neillo. I happend to follow my sales person who used to work for Roseville BMW down to Neillo. After taking my car into service, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with my car. Fast forward, I decided to get a second opinion, and took my car to Roseville BMW. I was shocked however, delighted to hear they found multiple issues that Neillo didn't recognize. I needed new break pads and roters and they also found a recall on my car and replaced the item. Lastly, I had no trouble getting a rental vehicle. it was an easy and simple process. With my profession, I travel to the bay area on business each week, Patrick was very lenient about when I could bring the loaner vehicle back, so as not to disrupt my work schedule. I will definitely never take my car to Neillo again. I was up in the high Sierra on vacation miles from home and hit a rock rounding a corner on a mountain road damaging two of my tires. this dealer had the only source of tires for my vehicle with a couple of different brands to chose from, no other tire dealer in the surrounding area had any in stock, or available for me on the same day... all the others needed to order them and then have them shipped. thankfully after driving almost 100 miles on the damaged tires the service department took me immediately and installed my tires right away and did a service oil change at the same time, saving my vacation. thank you, Clark

By far the best experience I have had at a dealership. We weren't pushed by sales people when we first arrived, unlike other dealers....cough cough Toyota Chevy Honda....... We were allowed to roam the lot looking for the model we wanted. When it was time for a test drive the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Cammie was quick to inform us on the differences between the models. When it came time to purchase the car it was much quicker then other dealers. It didn't feel drawn out like they were trying to make me wait on them. They were very respectful of our time. I would recommend BMW of Roseville to anyone wanting a great experience. Maybe the rest of the Automall should take some notes.

I've owned luxury cars for the past 6 years and I must say it's rather disappointing that BMW does not offer a car for the customer to drive when repairs take more than a day. In addition, no car wash! My car had been sitting on the lot outside and was covered with pollen and bird feces, upsetting as my car was clean when I dropped it off. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment however when you pay close to $80K for a vehicle I definitely expected more. In comparison Mercedes has offered this to their customers for years as I've been a prior customer with no questions asked and always returned my car to me freshly washed and vacuumed. On this visit I had to purchase a new tire and residual lubricant, (obviously to get the tire on the rim) was surrounding the wheel, really? We couldn't have dressed the tires and cleaned it after paying $500 to replace it? I must say I love my BMW but when you spend this much you also purchase an experience and a level of customer loyalty that should be expected at that price tag. Upon calling the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle I was immediately met with the reception desk stating how they were overbooked and all techs were too busy to speak with me. I explained that my vehicle was already in the shop and notably so the tech needed my verbal approval to conduct the work to replace the tire. Again she reiterated that they were overbooked and would likely not be able to complete the required work. I concluded this conversation letting her know my car had been in their possession for 4 days now, let's fix the tire so I can have a vehicle to drive!!! As many of us are, I'm a professional that travels quite a bit and have zero time for these kinds of things, much like the rest of the population. Hoping you find this helpful and make some necessary adjustments, after all BMW's are not cheap cars. Everyone has a choice, my lease is up in December make me choose you vs the competitor.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 535. Within the first couple of days I noticed a significant vibration in the steering that was especially bad when braking from high speeds. I brought the car in and they replaced the front rotors stating that they were warped and aligned the car stating it was out of alignment. This experience alone tells me that the CPO inspection was done poorly in that something as simple as warped rotors and alignment were missed. After this service, the vibration was significantly reduced, but not completely gone. I returned the vehicle to service and was told that the front 2 wheels were bent. I was told that they check for bent wheels during their CPO inspection so I must have bent them. Since they do not repair wheels, they will only replace them (@ $600+ each), I took the car back and planned to take care of it myself. A few days later, I began getting a recurring annunciation from the vehicle stating "drive train malfunction." I made an appointment to have this looked at, but in the meantime, before the appointment, the front right tire essentially blew out while driving. I had the car towed to them and was told I must have had another impact and that's what caused the tire blowout. All of this has happened in the 4 months since I bought the car. I definitely will not be purchasing again from Roseville BMW.

I bought a few months ago a new BMW from Rosseville.A much better experience than Bill Pearce BMW from Reno, and a better deal for me! Also,they discounted me a lot of parts for winter and car maintenance. Bill Pearce did not even mention the existence of the discounts! Their financial guy is kind of nasty though ,he is charging big amounts on GAP insurance. I called many times in order to recover the money because I refinanced with another bank, but he never called back. I never get back the refund from that company: $800! You do not want to buy that insurance from them! Even so they are far better than Bill Pearce BMW from Reno,NV! I would try in the future a deal with Niello from Sacramento. I would like to see the differences.

UPDATE: Thanks to the sales manager called David that initially helped, I received tags and registration finally and can drive the car. But, guess what! their DMV clerk handling the DMV stuff managed to misspell my name in her computer even though all the sales papers were correct, so I now pay for a car that is not even on my name. I cannot get them fix it either as it is impossible to get a hold on anybody at the dealer, they simply ignore and don't return calls... this is like a bad joke that will never end... ORIGINAL REVIEW: BMW should simply cancel their dealership agreement. I bought a CPO 535 GT from them in February. The buying experience was far from enjoyable but they had the car I wanted so I drove there from Bay area and tolerated their rude sales manager trying to give me lessons on living in America (I am a corp executive that lived in the U.S. for ages....). That was clearly a mistake, as I should have left without buying the car as soon as I realized the disrespect to customers and non-profesionalizm that I endured. Now I am dealing with the consequences: After 3 months, I still haven't received my registration and driving with expired tags (already got a warning from an officer for expired tags) because they never correctly filed the paperwork with DMV. Only after 3 months and numerous phone calls to them, they realized they should have smogged the car before selling... After 2 weeks since the smog that I had to go to the dealer for, still no registration and I suspect they still haven't even started the paperwork for the title transfer. The next thing I expect is my bank calling me to say that they are canceling the loan because they haven't received the title. I bought the car in a rush thinking that it is a CPO with only 30K miles, so it should be fine (I bought many CPO bmw before without any problems). The car was missing few plastic covers here and there and was making a loud rattling noise on driver door lock when I was driving home. I said OK, it is inconvenient, but I will fix them with the CPO warranty, although I ended up paying for the missing covers out of pocket as they were not covered by CPO warranty. However, the biggest surprise during the visit for the warranty fix was to find out that the car was due for a major maintenance (~$1.5K) service that BMW Roseville didn't perform before selling it as CPO. All this combined only tells me that they actually did not check or do anything on the car before certifying it and there are probably other problems waiting for me in the future. Stay away if you can, there are other more professional and trustworthy bmw dealers around.

My husband and I dislike haggling, dislike the hours at a car dealership. And we really had not intended to buy a car. We had been considering buying but not sure what, when etc. Went to the gym one evening and a brand new 428i convertible was parked at the gym. So we decided to drive across the street and look. No one bothered us (thank you!) as we wandered the lot looking. We went into the showroom and there was what we were looking for. At that point the salesman asked if we had questions, answered our questions - no pressure, just answering questions. Went out on the side lot to find an example of what we were discussing (the showroom wasn't after all exactly what we wanted). Found it and took a test drive. But we didn't want to stay all night and weren't going to haggle - we'd either buy it or not. The sales manager came out - said they understood, they would tell us what they could do and that would be that. They gave us an amazing deal (complete with pricing documentation). We were out the door with the car from the time we arrived to look around, in 2.5 hours. Really appreciate the service, honoring our needs and all the follow-up they've done with us.

Using Edmunds.com as my research source I decided on the specific car I wanted. On 9/6/14 that car popped up on one of the listing sites. On 9/8/14 I was called by Cammie W. the internet manager of BMW of Roseville. Then a conversation with Mark Holland the fleet manager. The next day I was on my way to Roseville (2.5 hours away). The 2012 Buick Enclave Premium was beautiful. From start to finish the purchase was professional and friendly. I would recommend them without question.
